SpineScottsdale Physical Therapy accepts:

  1. In-Network Insurance Benefits: We offer a billing service and will bill your insurance company for you. You are responsible for the portion not covered by your insurance company, including deductibles, co-pays, and co-insurance amounts.
  2. Out-of-Network Insurance Benefits: If we are not contracted with your insurance company, you may have out of network benefits. We will bill your insurance company for you, and you will be responsible for the portion not covered by your insurance company.  We will help you to understand what you can expect to pay before services are rendered.
  3. Cash Pay: We offer a flat fee rate of $85 per session if payment is made at the time of service.
