As a certified personal trainer and strength & conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, I’ve developed the SpineFitness program to educate you on four essential exercise principles that help you effectively strengthen your muscles, whether for a home exercise routine or at the gym.
Principle #1: Learn what exercises to perform by applying the principle of specificity to target the muscles effectively.
Principle #2: Master how to perform exercises to ensure they engage the correct muscles and produce the desired results.
Principle #3: Understand when to perform exercises, ensuring the muscles are in a receptive state to gain the maximum benefit.
Principle #4: Discover how to overload your muscles to create the stimulus needed for ongoing strength and muscle maintenance.
This program is designed to give you the knowledge and tools you need to build a personalized, effective fitness routine that supports your spine health and overall well-being.
As a board-certified orthopedic physical therapist, I developed the SpineOsteoporosis program to educate you on four essential exercise principles that help you effectively strengthen your bones, whether for a home exercise routine or at the gym.
Principle #1: Learn what exercises to perform to give the bones what they are requesting.
Principle #2: Learn how to perform the exercise so it's detected by the bone.
Principle #3: Learn when to perform the exercise so the bone is in a receptive state to receive the exercise.
Principle #4: Learn how to progress the exercise overtime to give the bones a reason to maintain their strength.
As a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified physical therapist , the SpineGolf program focuses on identifying physical limitations and swing faults that may be affecting your golf performance. The primary goals of this evaluation are to correct physical limitations, improve your swing mechanics, and integrate these physical gains into your game. After the evaluation, the physical therapist leading your session will provide a thorough analysis and personalized steps to help improve your performance and prevent injuries such as low back pain, golfer's elbow, and knee pain.
Visit the Titleist Performance Institute website for more information on the program.
Certified as a Posture Specialist through the National Posture Institute, the SpinePosture program is designed to enhance your posture and correct alignment issues. The program begins with a comprehensive postural assessment to identify any imbalances or faults that may be contributing to poor posture, back pain, and an increased risk of injury. Based on the findings, you'll receive personalized corrective exercises and stretches aimed at improving posture, realigning the body, and preventing future injuries.
Visit the National Posture Institute Website for additional information about posture.
